Mr. Dennett from the committee on petition of the town of Frankfort, reported that the petitioners have leave to withdraw their petition: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence.-

Bill altering the time of holding the Court of Sessions in Washington County, passed to be engrossed in the House, came up for concurrence, was read once and committed, and tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 2d reading.-
