State of Maine.

Whereas, by a Resolve of the Legislature of this State, entitled “Resolve authorizing the conveyance of a Gun House in Fryeburg,” passed the twenty first day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty six, “the Secretary of State is authorized to make and execute, in behalf of this State, a good and sufficient deed, to Abel Gibson, of all the right and title of said State, to a Gun House, belonging thereto, situated in Fryeburg, in the County of Oxford, together with the land upon which said Gun House now stands, and the appurtenances thereto belonging: Provided, The said Abel Gibson shall first make and execute to said State, a good and sufficient deed of a lot of land in Brownfield, in the County of Oxford, on which said Gibson has lately erected a Gun House, for the use of the State, together with said Gun House, and the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging:” And whereas the said Abel Gibson has conveyed to the State of Maine, by deed of Warranty duly executed, acknowledged and recorded, the said lot of land in Brownfield, with the said Gun House thereon, and the privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, thereby complying, on his part, with the provisions contained in said Resolve:

Now, therefore, Be it known, that I, Amos Nichols, Secretary of State, of the State of Maine, by virtue of the authority to me given, by the Resolve aforesaid, and in compliance with its provisions, in consideration that the said Abel Gibson has made the conveyance aforesaid, do hereby in behalf of said State, sell and convey to him the said Abel Gibson, and to his heirs and assigns, all the right, title and interest of said State, to a Gun House, belonging thereto, situated in Fryeburg, in the County of Oxford, together with the land upon which said Gun House now stands, and the appurtenances thereto belonging: To have and to hold the same to the said Abel Gibson, his heirs and assigns, to his and their use and behoof forever
