On motion of Mr. Prime Ordered that the Petition of Joseph D. Jewett and others be taken from the files and laid on the table: Referred to the Committee of Interior fisheries. Sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

Ordered that the petition – of the town of Hollis be taken from the files and laid on the table: Referred to the Committee on Incorporation of towns: Sent down for concurrence and came up concurred.

Order of the House that so much of the governors message as relates to the importance of a due attention of the proper officers to the various legal provisions for the suppression of intemperance, be referred to Messr. Pond, Williams, Thompson, Cobb and Spaulding, with such as the Senate may join.
