Mr. Green from the Committee on Petition of Reuben Tourtelott and others, reported that they have leave to withdraw their petition: Read, accepted and sent down for concurrence, and came up concurred.

Mr. Green then gave notice that he should on monday next at 10 Oclock, move the consideration of the vote whereby the Senate passed to be engrossed the Resolve in aid of the Gardiner Lyceum. the number of the members present, at the passage, was 20.
