Message from the Governor. "To the Senate and the House of Representatives,

    I communicate for your consideration copies of papers, exhibiting the proceedings, relative to the public lands, during the past year, by the Commissioners appointed under the a Act for the separation of Maine from Massachusetts.

The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed, Bill. to incorporate the Trustees of the Maine Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church - - to alter the times of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Cumberland which were severally passed to be enacted.
