The same committee reported as duly engrossed, Bill - to repeal an act entitled an act to repeal certain provisions of an additional act respecting there Inspection of Beef, Pork, Butter & Lard & for other purposes - which was passed to be enacted. Sent for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of the town of Howland, reported by the committee of Finance, was read twice & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered that the joint standing committee on the Judiciary be directed to consider if any alteration is necessary in the law respecting toll bridges, with leave &c. read & passed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of James Mayhew & others, referring to the same to the next Legislature, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of altering the laws relating to the attachment of personal property that legislation on the subject is not at this time expedient came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.
