Bill to incorporate the Abyssinian Society, was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to set off Benjamin Woodbury & others from Buckfield to Paris, reported in a new draft which was adopted, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of Samuel Little & als, granting leave to withdraw came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - Mr Pond moved to amend the report so as to give the petitioners leave to bring in a Bill - but before the question was taken on this amendment, the House
