Met according to adjournment

Bill additional to an act entitled an act to incorporate the Schoodiac River Log Company, came from the Senate referred to the next Legislature & notice ordered thereon for concurrence - and the House concurred.

Bill regulating fisheries at the mouth of the Kennebec River, was read 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading

Bill to prevent the destruction of Fish on the Colscook river in the town of Whiting, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John G Dean, was laid on the table by Mr Bourne of Kennebunk, read once & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a third reading.

Bill to incorporate the Thomaston Mutual Fire Insurance Company, was read a 1st & 2nd time & Monday next at ten oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Petition of Eratus Foote for an allowance for the performance of certain duties in prosecuting trespassers on the undivided lands, came from the Senate referred to Messrs Kavanagh Dennet & Megguier with such as the House may join, and the House concurred & Messrs Redington of Vassalboro Fuller of Augusta, Emerson of Portland, Robbins of Union & Sayward were joined.
