194 Resolve in favor of John G Dean, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Ordered, that the Committee on Finance be authorized to set such portion of the State tax as may be found just & reasonable to the half township of land granted to Limerick Academy in the Country of Washington - read & passed.

Mr Gibson of Denmark has leave of absence after Saturday next and Mr Beverage of Vinalhaven after Thursday next.

Bill additional for the relief of Poor Debtors, was read a third time and amended and assigned for further consideration on Thursday next at eleven oclock.
