Afternoon, On motion by Mr Herrick the Sen- ate reconsidered their vote assigning three of the o clock this afternoon for the purpose of balloting for a State printer, the question of reconsideration ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the affirmative as follows: Yeas Messrs Kavanagh, Richardson, Miller, Herrick, Williams, Cutler, Cushman, Washburn, Weston and Parsons 10 Nays Messrs Dennet, Sweat, Emery, Dunlap, Megquier Mace, Hathaway, Balknam and Grover 9 [right margin] vote relating to State printer recon sidered Yeas and Nays on votes relating to State printer.

On motion by Mr Hathaway the further considera- tion of the subject electing a printer was postponed until tomorrow morning. Adjourned
