Concurred and Messrs Redington, Allen Moore Howard + Shaw were joined.

Standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to
inquire what further provisions are necessary in relat-
ion to the powers and organization of the Municipal Court
for the town of Portland in the County of Cumberland
in addition to the provisions contained in the Act estab-
lishing said Canal and the acts thereto additional with
leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Sent down for
