Met according to adjournment.

Resolve in favor of Joel Wellington, was read 1st & a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill additional to an act to establish the Kennebec & Androscoggin Canal Association, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve authorizing the Treasurer of this State to make a loan of money, was read 1st & 2nd time amended and then passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Bill additional to an act to promote the sale & settlement of the Public Lands was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent up for concurrence

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve in favor of Joel Wellington - appointing a Committee to establish the line between the towns of Denmark & Hiram - for the purchase of Stationary - - for the payment of contingent expenses - - appointing a committee to establish the line between the towns of Gray & Windham which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

The same committee reported as duly engrossed Bill to incorporate Dearborne Academy - - making further provisions concerning the Militia - - additional to the several acts respecting Highways- - in addition to an act to regulate the Manufacture & inspection of Stone Lime & Lime Casks - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.
