Portland & Fuller of Augusta be a committee to consider what measures shall be taken to replace the money deposited in the Treasury of this State for the use of the Cumberland & Oxford Canal Corporation, and applied to the payment of claims agasint the State, when said Canal Corporation shall have complied with the several provisions of law, so far as to authorize them to draw said money from the Treasury read & passed.

To the Senate & House of Representatives,

   In compliance with the advice of Council, the accompanying Report, in relation to the accounts of one of the Agents of the Penobscot Indians, is transmitted for the consideration of the Legislature.

Bill additional act to secure to owners their property in Logs, Masts, Spars and other timber in the Schoodic & St Croix Rivers was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
