Ordered that when the House adjourns, it adjourn until eight oclock tomorrow morning, and that the committee on the Pay Roll make up the pay of the members in attendance, so as to include tomorrow. read & passed.

Resolve making an appropriation for two carriages for the use of Artittery[Artillery], was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Report of the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of so altering or amending the additional law respecting highways passed February 23 1825 in such manner that whenever a fine shall be imposed on any town or plantation for the repair of any highways that no agent may have the power to deprive the town or plantation that may comply with the requisitions of said Law from receiving the benefit intended by the act, that amendment is not necessary, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

On motion of Mr Vance, Ordered that the Committee on the Pay Roll, be instructed to receive from each member, his own account of Travel & attendance & make up their pay accordingly. read & passed.

Bill - to incorporate the New Sharon Musical Society was taken up & indefinitely postponed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve providing for the distribution of the Laws & Resolves was taken up, and the House receded from their vote of 17th inst & refused the Bill a passage to engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
