191 On motion by Mr. Witham Ordered that when the Senate adjourn, they adjourn to meet again tomorrow morning at 9 o'clock.

[Bills & Resolves passed to be enacted] Mr. Page from the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill additional to an Act providing that bonds shall be given by Sheriffs and Coroners to the Treasurer of State and giving remedies thereon. " additional to the several Acts for the preservation of fish in Penobscot River and bay and the several streams emptying into the same. " in further addition to an Act to regulate the Manufacture and inspection of Stone Lime and Lime Casks " to incorporate the Waterville Mutual Fire Insurance Company " additional for the regulation of Inn holders, Retailers and common victuallers " additional to an Act for the support and regulation of mills " making provision for organizing corporations " additional regulating divorces and Bill to incorporate the Alfred Academy and the same were passed to be enacted. and also Resolve making an appropriation for the late Warden of the State Prison and for other purposes, " to prevent depredations on the public Lands " in favor of the Warden of the State Prison " in favor of Bowdoin College and Resolve in favor of Joseph B. Prince and the same were finally passed And these Bills and Resolves were presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
