193 [Report Legislation inexpedient] Report of the Committee on the Judiciary on order of January 28th directing tehm to inquire into the expediency of authorizing Judges of Probate to allow widows all the personal property of their deceased husbands not exceeding -------Dollars that Legislation is inexpedient was accepted in concurrence.

[Bill respecting what shall constitute legal settlement] Bill additional to an Act ascertaining what shall constitute the legal settlement and providing for the relief, support and employment and removal of the poor was read once and this afternoon at three o'clock assigned for a second reading.

[Resolve fixing pay Com: of Public buildings] Resolve fixing the compensation of the Commissioner of Public buildings was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended. Sent down for concurrence.
