Report of the committee of this House on the petition of the Selectmen f Mile, granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted.

Bill to change the name of the town of Montgomery, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill to incorporate the town of Prescott, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
