Bill - authorizing the town of Wells to assess a tax on the owners of dogs was read 1st & 2nd time & tomorrow at 11 o'clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

   Bill to set off a past f the town of Hermon & annex the same to the town of Hampden was read 1 3rd time & passed to be engrossed as taken into a new draft. Sent up for concurrence.
