The Committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill an additional act respecting Ferry Point Bridge - for the preservation of the Beaches & Sall Marshes in the towns of Wells - additional act relating to the Inspection of Mackarel - to incorporate the Trustees of the Marines Church in Portland - to incorporate the Penobscot Steam Boat Navigation Company which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill establishing the County of Waldo, was called up, and after adopting several amendments thereto, the Bill was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed as amended the question was taken by yeas & nays and decided as follows, Yeas 78 Nays 55. [See appendix page 234] Sent up for concurrence.

Report on the petition of Charles Hayden & als granting an order of Notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
