Met according to adjournment

Report on petition of the Selectmen of Monson, granting leave to withdraw, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report on the committee on the order to inquire into the expediency of providing for the sale at auction of goods on which the holders have a lien, that such provision is of so doubtful expediency that it ought not to be adopted, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Report of the committee on the order to consider the expediency of providing for appeals from Courts of Sessions, that the measure is not expedient, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence and the House concurred.

Resolve providing for the settlement of the line between Gray & Windham, reported by the committee on the petition of the Selectmen of Gray, was read & ordered to lie on the table until Monday afternoon next at 1/2 past two o'clock.

Report on the Resolve on the petition of John B Swanton & others, referring the subject to the next Legislature & directing notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence & the House concurred.
