Mr. Sweat from the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals reported that Resolve on the petition of John B. Swanton ought not to pass and the petitioner have leave to withdraw his petition. Read and accepted Sent down for concurrence. Concurred

Mr. Emery of the Committee on Engrossed Bills reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill establishing the salaries of the Judge and Register of Probate for the County of Waldo and the same was passed to be enacted and also Resolve providing for the purchase and distribution of Greenleaf's Reports and the same was finally passed.

And this Bill and Resolve were presented to the Governor for his approbation and signature.
