Resolve respecting the dividing line between Hollis and Lyman was taken up, read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A. sent up for concurrence. Ordered, that the Governor be requested to transmit to the Legislature the name of the owners of Bank Stock within this State with the amount owned by each so far as they have been returned by the Bank or Bank Commissioners - sent up for concurrence. Report of Committee on State Lands was taken up and 300 copies thereof, with the accompanying documents be printed for the use of the Legislature. Bill to incorporate the Woolwich Ferry Company was read first and second time and Wednesday next at eleven o'clock assigned for a third reading. Resolve authorizing the Assessors of the town of Belmont to assess taxes anew was read first time and tomorrow at eleven o'clock assigned for a second reading.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed - Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Haskell - which finally passed. Remonstrance of Edward Southwick against the renewal of the Charter of the Vassalborough Bank - was read and referred to the Committee on Banks and Banking - sent up for concurrence.
