The House resumed the consideration of the Bill respecting Inholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers - the discussion of which was on motion suspended -

Bill to incorporate the Proprietors of Sebois West Branch Sluice was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked I - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Charles B. Abbot and others for the presentation of Pickerel in Peshaw Pond was read and referred to the Committee on Interior Fisheries - sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of the town of Shapleigh against the Petition of William Goodwin and others to be set off from Shapleigh and annexed to Acton - also Remonstrance of John Frafton and others on the same subject were severally read and referred to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns who have under consideration the Petition to which they relate - sent up for concurrence -
