It gives me pleasure to say a worth for Mr. A. A. Linscott who wishes an appointment in the military service. I think he has especial qualifications in that line, + am quite sure he would do himself honor.
I should deem it a great ac-cession to have him in the 20th Regt, but he will do his duty anywhere.
