209 Mr. Swett of Prospect was appointed a member of the Committee on Interior Fisheries in place of Mr. Hardy of Bucksport excused.

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence instructing the joint standing committee to report upon all subjects referred to them respectively on a day as early as may be and the House concurred.

On motion of Mr. Bradbury of Hollis Ordered that the joint standing Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of repealing an additional Act entitled an Act respecting the appointment of Clerks of the Judicial Court passed February 21, 1829. sent up for concurrence.
