On motion by Mr Parsons ordered that wen the Senate adjourn they adjourn to meet again this afternoon at three o clock -


[Committee to draft Rules & Orders] On motion by Mr Dane - ordered that Messrs Dane Kingsbury and Emerson be appointed a committee to draft Rules and orders for the government of the senate the current year

[Returns of votes for Governor brot in by Secy of State] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table the returns of votes for Governor given in the several towns and plantations in this State and the same were on motion referred to Merrs Holbrook Page and Parsons with such as the House may join sent down for concurrence and messes Boutellle Smith Stephens Lord and Perkins were joined -
