Bill additional to an act directing the method of laying out and making provision for the repair & amendment of Highway was called up and referred to Messrs Bryant of Fairfield, Pond of Bucksport, & Bourne of Kennebunk

Bill to incorporate the Kennebec Agriculture Society, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill establishing the salaries of the Judge & register of Probate for the County of Waldo, was amended as on sheet annexed marked A read 3rd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Washington County Bible Society, was amended read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Mr Weed of Hope has leave of absence after tomorrow during the remainder of the session.

Bill to incorporate the North Yarmouth Stage Company, was read a 3rd time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence

Resolve providing compensation for certain officers of the Legislature, was read once & tomorrow at 10 oclock assigned for a 3rd reading.
