Petition of Aaron White for authority to be given some suitable person to dispose of a portion of the Indian lands on the Mattawamkeg, referred in Senate to the Committee on State Lands for concurrence & the House concurred.

Petition of the Selectmen of Bristol for an amendment of the law respecting the fisheries in said town - of David Springer Junr & als for authority to open fishways on streams in the town of Franklin &c &c were severally read & referred to the committee on Interior fisheries Sent up for concurrence.

Petition of the Stockholders of the Bangor Bank for a reduction of the Capital Stock of said Bank was read & referred to the committee on Banks & Banking. Sent up for concurrence.
