The committee appointed to take into consideration the communication of Nathl Low and Order of the 21st inst, made their report, and on motion of Mr Alden the subject was postponed indefinitely.

Resolve in favor of Aaron Blaney, came again from the Senate that body refusing to join conferees on their part & adhering to their vote postponing the same indefinitely

The committee on engrossed Bills reported as duly engrossed Resolve respecting the Deputy Secretary of State, which was finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

The committee on the part of the House of the joint committee to wait on the Governor and inform him that the two branches have passed upon all the public business which has come before them and agreed to adjourn without day &c reported that they have performed the duties assigned them, and that the Governor was pleased to say that he had no further communication to make to the Legislature excepting what would be made forthwith by the Secretary of State

Message from the Governor.

The Secretary came in and informed the House of Representatives that the Governor has signed eighty three acts & fifty one Resolve being all that have been presented to him for signature the present session, and that he has no further communication to make to either branch of the Legislature
