Remonstrance of Selectmen of Perry against another bridge across Little River in Perry - of Rufus K. Page and 94 others against a Petition of Kennebec Boom Company. - of Certain Inhabitants of August against the petition of Seth Paine Jr. were severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and sent up for concurrence.

A message was received from the senate by their Secretary proposing a convention of the two Branches tomorrow at ten o'clock in the Representatives Chamber for the purpose of choosing a Councillor in the in the room of William B. Webber who electing the appointment, and requesting the concurrence of the House. And the House concurred and the Clerk by message communicated the same.
