The bill entitled "An act in addition to an act to incorporate the Canal Bank" came up amended and passed to be engrossed as thus amended, for concurrence. The Senate receded form their former vote so far as to adopt the amendments proposed by the House and then passed the same to be Engrossed as this amended, in concurrence.

Mr Meqquier, from the Joint Committee, on the memorial of Moses Greenlead, reported a Resolve entitled " Resolve in favor of Moses Greenleaf" which was read the first time and Thursday next at two o'clock A.M. was assigned for the second reading.
The Senate adjourned.
