On motion of Mr Carey Ordered that the Joint Select Committee to whom was referred the subject of the laws relating to retailers etc be instructed to enquire into the expediency of repealing an Act in Addition to the several Acts for the regulation of Innholders Retailers and common victuallers - sent up for concurrence

An Additional Resolve respecting the North Easter Boundary came from the Senate passed to be engrossed as amended for concurrence - The House nonconcur with the Senate in the proposed amendments and pass the same to be engrossed without amendments - sent up for concurrence -

An Additional resolve respecting the Northeastern Boundary came from the Senate, they adhering to their vote passing the same to be engrossed as amended - The House adhere to their vote passing the same to be engrossed without amendment - propose a conference - and appoint as conferees on their part Messrs Williams of Augusta, Fessenden of Portland and Clifford of Newfield - sent up
