146 [Message from the Gov] The Secretary of State came in and laid on the table a written message from the Governor, transmitting the report of the Adjutant General. which was read and with accompanying documents referred to the Joint Standing Committee on the Militia. Sent down for concurrence - concurred. [An Act to Incorporate the town of Bradford] An Act to incorporate the Town of Bradford was read a second time and referred to the committee on the incorporation of towns. Sent down for concurrence. [order] Order from the House of Representatives instructing the committee on the Judiciary to inquire into the expediency of providing by law that all actions of trespass and trespass on the case for torts, except for injuries to the person and reputation shall survive in favor of and against administrators and executors. Read and passed in concurrence. [Communication from Land Agent] A communication was received from the Land Agent transmitting a report of the quantity of land which has been divided between Maine and Massachusetts, and now remaining the property of this State, read, and ordered that 400 copies of said report be printed for the use of the Legislature in concurrence. [Report on the pet. of O.K. Barrell] Mr. Hutchinson from the select committee to whom was referred the petition of Olive K. Barrell made a report which was read and the subject recommitted to the same committee. [Order] On motion of Mr. Megquier, Ordered, that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of making application to the Legislature of Massachusetts, for the consent of said Legislature
