Resolve in favor of the town of Abbot, was read once & tomorrow at 10 o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Bill An additional act regulating Divorces, reported in a new draft, which was adopted was read a third time & passed to be engrossed with amendments.

Resolve relating to a report of Commissioners establishing the boundary line between Maine & New Hampshire, was read & passed in concurrence with the Senate to be engrossed.

Resolve making an appropriation for purchasing two field pieces, with carriages for the use of the Artillery, was read twice & indefinitely postponed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill additional act giving power to Justices of the Peace in certain cases, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on petition of Samuel Winter & als, referring the same to the next Legislature, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.
