Bill to prevent the destruction of Moose, Deer & Carraboo, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve making an appropriation for the late Warden of the State Prison & for other purposes, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve directing an action against the Trustees of the Mariners Church was taken up and considered but not definitively acted upon before the House
