[Mr. Healey returned] Mr. Healey of Lincoln who had been absent on leave obtained appeared and took his seat.

[Bill passed to by Engrossed] The Committee on Engrossed Bills, reported the following to be truly copied viz Bill repealing the certain parts of the several Acts now in force to organize, govern & discipline the militia. " authorizing the further reduction of the capital Stock of the Bangor Bank " additional concerning the municipal court for the town of Portland " to incorporate the Gardiner Mutual Fire Insurance Company " to incorporate the Brunswick Falls Cotton Factory. " to incorporate the Proprietors of Anson Bridge " to incorporate the Eastern Stage Company " to annex part of the town of China to the town of Vassalborough " to incorporate the Waldo Agricultural Society and Bill repealing part of an Act establishing the duties to be paid by certain officers therein named, and the same were severally passed to be enacted. and also Resolve additional respecting certain settlers of the public Lands passed February 25th 1825 " in favor of Joshua Hathaway and Resolve of Edward Williams and the same were finally passed
