[Report Legislation inexpedient] Report of the Com. on the Judiciary on order of February 12th respecting the amendment of the Law relative to military fines that Legislation is inexpedient was accepted in concurrence.

[leave to withdraw on Pet. A. McMillan & others] Report of the same committee granting leave to withdraw on the petition of Andrew McMillan and others was accepted in concurrence.

[Bill respecting Sheriffs] Bill additional respecting Sheriffs was read once and tomorrow 10 oClock assigned for a second reading.

[Bill establishing Salaries of certain officers] Mr. Kingsbury from the Committee on the memorial of Prentiss Mellen and Nathan Weston Jun. reported Bill additional establishing the salaries of certain officers therein named and the same was read once and tomorrow 10 oClock assigned for a Second reading.

[Bill to revise Falmouth Canal Corporation] Bill to revive the Falmouth Canal Corporation was taken up and recommitted to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals. Sent down for concurrence.

[Bills passed to be engrossed] Bill additional defining the powers of the Judicial Courts in granting review and for other purposes as amended " additional to an Act providing that bonds shall be given by Sheriffs and coroners and giving remedies thereon "additional to an Act regulating Judicial process and proceedings, as amended and Resolve in favor of Nathaniel Springer were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.
