44 instituted against all town plantation officers who shall have neglected to attest both on the face and on the outside their respective returns of elections as aforesaid sent up for concurrence came from the Senate concurrence

On motion of Mr Magaun of Bath

 Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be directed to inquire into the expediency of repealing an act regulating within this State the agencies of Insurance Companies Established or incorporated without the same sent up for concurrence.

And the House adjourned until afternoon at 2 oclock

 Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instruted to inquire what alteration if any are necessary to be made in the salaries of the several Regislater of Probate in this State - Sent up for concurrence,

The House receded from their vote against the Petition of George Sermond & others which came from the Senate nonconcurrence and concurred with the Senate in referring the same to the Committee on Incorporation of Towns

  Ordered that the Senate be requested to take from their files the Report of the Commissioner of Public Building & send the same to this House
