Bill to authorize the County Commissioners of Penobscot to expend money on a Road in Sutton, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed, sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of John G. Deane, __ in favor of Edward Kavanagh, were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve reducing the State valuation of Machias Port, __ inducing the State valuation of Etna, __ in favor of Reuben Murch __ ratifying and confirming certain doings of Leonard M. Parker, were severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
