Mr Meqguier, from the committee on the Judiciary, reported leave to withdraw on the petition of Thomas Wing, and also on the petition of John Walker and others, severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The same gentleman, from the same committee, made a report on the petition of Ezekiel Whitman, asking leave to be discharged from the further consideration of the same, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Boutelle, Ordered, that the committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of modifying or repealing an act concerning corporations, passed March 17, 1831. Sent down for concurrence.
