298 his duty to the House and to the interest of the people as to divulge or in any way to communicate any of the proceedings or Acts of the House while in secret session before the injunction of secrecy is removed by order of the House, has been guilty of a gross violation of the rights of the House and of his duty, as a member or officer thereof and if known, ought to be expelled from the House - and the question upon passing the same was taken by yeas and nays and decided in the affirmative as follows yeas 90, nays 7. The Secretary of State came in and laid on the Speaker's table lists of one hundred and twenty five Acts and one hundred and twenty one Resolves that the Governor had approved, being all that have been presented to him for signatures - and informed the House that the Governor has no further communication to make to either branch of the Legislature during the present session.
