289 Resolve relating to a demand against Joseph Southwick was read a second time; the House noncur in the amendment proposed by the Senate, and pass the same to be engrossed without amendment, sent up for concurrence.

Bill altering the time of holding the Courts of Common Pleas in the County of Waldo, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

The Conferees on the part of the House appointed to meet conferees on the part of the senate, on the difference of the two Houses in relation to the Bill for organizing and governing the Militia make a report recommending that the House adhere, which was read and accepted.
