The petition of Ebenezer Everet and others, for assistance to the town of Liberty to make a road, was read and referred to the committee on State roads, in concurrence.

The petition of certain inhabitants of Bloomfield, " of Benjamin B. Bradbury and others, " of Oliver Sewall and others, " of William Bradbury and others, on the subject of extra judicial oaths, were severally read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary in concurrence.

The petition of James Cram and others, in relation to the survey of lumber in the county of Penobscot, was read and referred to the select committee who have that subject under consideration, in concurrence.
