132 Wednesday February 1.1832 Met according to adjournment.

Report on Petition of the members of the Methodist Society in Winthrop, granting an order of notice, came from the Senate accepted for concurrence - and the House concurred.

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence, di- directing [sic] the Committee on Agriculture to take into consideration the propriety of repealing an act entitled an Act to encourage the destruction of Crows, passed March 6th 1830, with leave to report by bill or otherwise, and the House concurred.

On motion of Mr Jarvis Ordered that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to enquire into the expediency of exonerating the estate of a surety upon a Deputy Sheriff's bond for defaults happening after the decease of the security and notice thereof to the Sheriff sent up for concurrence.

On motion of Mr Wentworth Ordered, that there be no petition of any notice whatsoever presented to the Speaker of the House after the tenth day of February instant, without leave of the House.
