A communication from the Secretary of State, in relation to the number of Clerks employed in the Secretary's Office came up from the House referred to Messrs Smith of Westbrook, Phelps, Williams, Dane, and Clifford with such as the Senate may join, concurred, Messrs Burnham, Scammon, and Webb are joined.
