111 A communication was received from the Secretary of State transmitting in obedience to an order of the House a plan of the State House of Massachusetts which with the accompanying documents was read and referred to the Com who have under consideration the subject of Public Buildings.

Bill authorizing Barnabus Brackett to maintain a Dam and Slip in Moose Brook was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Erza Hutchings was read a second time and passed to be engrossed as amended on sheet annexed marked A sent up for concurrence.

Petition of Inhabitants of Albion to have their proportion of a Repetition assigned them also

Petition of Inhabitants of Freedom to have their proportion of Representation assigned them -were severally read and referred to the Committee on Apportionment of Representatives ect. sent up for concurrence.
