Bill making valid the Acts and Resolves, passed by the Legislature of the year eighteen hundred and thirty and for other purposes, was read a first and second time and it was moved to assign Monday next at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for the further consideration of the same - and the question upon assigning that day was decided in the negative by Yeas and Nays as follows, Yeas 60, Nays 78, and on motion Thursday next at 11 o'clock in the forenoon was assigned for a third reading of the Bill - and in the mean time it was ordered that 200 copies of said Bill and the Report accompanying the same be printed for the use of this House - (for yeas & nays see page 410) And the House adjourned Attest Thornton McGaw, Clerk
