Petition of George W. Pickering and others for the incorporation of a Marine Fire Insurance company was read and referred to the Committee on Manufactures - sent up for concurrence. On motion of Mr. Dumont - Ordered that the Committee on the Militia be instructed to inquire into the expediency of removing the Gun House from the present location in Hallowell - read and passed sent up for concurrence.
