Mr. Hunton, from the committee on Public Buildings, reported that legislation is inexpedient on an order relating to the use of the Public Buildings, read and accepted, Sent down for concurrence. Mr. Hunton, from the committee on Literary Institutions, to which was committed Bill additional to provide for the education of Youth, reported that the same ought not to pass, and said Bill was accordingly refused a passage. Sent down for concurrence. Bill repealing an act providing for districting the State for the choice of Representatives to Congress, laid on the table by Mr. Groton was read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading and the same was committed to Messrs. Emerson, Hunton and Talbot. Bill respecting Colleges was read a second time and a passage refused. Sent down for concurrence.
