278 Bill to change the name of the Winthrop Agricultural Society, Bill repealing an act providing for districting the State for Representatives to Congress Bill to incorporate the West Somerset Agricultural Society Bill to incorporate the Washington county Agricultural Society, were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence. Bill to incorporate the Lincoln county Agricultural Society was read once and Monday next at half past two o'clock assigned for a second reading and the same was committed to Messrs. Groton, Merrill and Scammon. Resolve providing for the publication of the Journals of the Legislature was read a second time and the question of passing said Resolve to be engrossed being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays was decided in the negative as follows, to wit, Yeas - Messrs. Davee, Gibson and Hunton - 3 Nays - Messrs. Bridgham, Burnham, Dunlap, Eastman, Emerson, Goodwin, Groton, Megquier, Merrill, Porter, Smith, Thayer and Thompson - 13 Adjourned.
